Our Vision & Mission
The Sankat Mochan Health Programme is a pioneering initiative by the Saanvi Kalyaan Foundation to revolutionize community healthcare in India. We envision a resilient, prepared, and healthier India where every citizen has access to immediate, reliable medical support.
Our Mission: To create and empower a strong pan-India network of competent, alert, and responsible citizen crisis responders – the ‘Sankat Mochan Nagrik’.
How It Works
- Trained Responders: We identify and provide specialized training to volunteers from within communities.
- Advanced Technology: Our responders use a sophisticated telemedicine platform developed by Saanvi Kalyaan Foundation.
- Community Action: These trained citizens become the first line of support, providing timely medical guidance and bridging the gap to professional healthcare systems.

Be the First Responder in Your Community.
Join our mission to make healthcare accessible to all. As a Sankat Mochan Nagrik, you will be trained to provide critical medical support and save lives.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for health-related issues in your locality.
- Provide basic medical guidance and triage using our telemedicine platform.
- Offer pre-hospital care in emergencies.
- Raise health awareness and connect people with national health schemes.
- Be the vital link between your community and professional healthcare services.

- Comprehensive Training: Receive specialised training in basic healthcare, emergency response, and telemedicine protocols.
- Technology Kit: Get access to our user-friendly telemedicine app and platform.
- Continuous Support: Be part of a larger network with 24/7 backend support from doctors and experts.

Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Have a passion for community service.
- Basic understanding of a smartphone is preferred.
- No prior medical background is required.
